Senior and subordinated debt, structuring of bond loans, hybrid products combining senior and subordinated debt, mix of short and long-term products, guarantees for the European Investment Bank or others, negotiation of other hedging instruments, liquidity contracts, fronting arrangements, fixed or variable rate products, monolines negotiation for risk sharing and bridge loans with anticipated refinancing agreement.
